Carol C., Bermuda Run:
"I'm sending photos of our bathroom and bedroom in case you want to use some for your website.
You can also add that you all work in our home as though it were your own! I couldn't be happier with
it. Also, thank you for fixing our outdoor problem on the deck. You can be sure we'll be in touch when
we need something done, and are happy to recommend you to friends."

Carol's Work: We constructed a tile walk-in shower, according to Carol's specifications, with a
bench (or seat), all made with cut stone. We then built an in-wall shelf, and installed safety bars.
The tile seat, or bench, extended into the room, which was also Carol's idea.  A special order
shower door was installed later. In the home, we did various interior and exterior carpentry
work. More photos available. In the photos below, our work was the chair rail, beadboard, new
shower doors (in bathroom) and re-painting of the room.

Elsa H., Winston-Salem:
"It has been a while since you did the remodeling of the bathroom, and we wanted to tell you how
great it still is. The bathroom looks like new and my husband's mom enjoyed it too, before her
passing in 2007. The design of the shower is very attractive."

    Elsa's Work:
We constructed a tile shower built for Elsa's mother-in-law, opening a hallway closet in
order for the shower to be the specified size. Leaving much of the original yellow speckled
tile, to save expense, we incorporated in a tile that complimented the original, as an exact
match was not possible.  We then installed new standard shower doors. At a later date, we
tiled the floor, refinished the existing cabinet, and painted the walls and trim with a color
that worked with the room. Other work that we completed was a kitchen remodel. Keeping
the work affordable, we painted the original cabinetry, installing new stainless sink, faucet,
stove, dishwasher, and microwave, all stainless. We finished with a marble-like black
laminate countertop and tiled the backsplash and floor.  At another time, we insulated and
sheeted the walls and ceiling of a shed, added shelves and workbench, and painted the
interior.  In Elsa's home,  we re-grouted and re-sealed a tile shower, removing and re-
installing the existing shower door. Other small jobs.
Beadboard and chair-rail added,
installed new shower doors to already
shower and painted rooms.
Andrea R., Winston-Salem:
"Hancock Remodeling was here on time every day, beginning at a time that was convenient for
me. They did super neat work with great craftsmanship. They were tidy and took great care to
keep mess under control, leaving very little. They were very supportive, coming back to give
consultation regarding future work. They were very communicative - did everything they said
they would, and then some! And they're trustworthy - they know what they're doing, and do so
flawlessly! I recommend Hancock to all of my friends considering remodeling."

Andrea's Work: Re-Built Shower in Master Bathroom:
Removed cracked acrylic curved shower base. Built a new curved tile shower base to fit the
original configuration, and worked with customer-supplied tile. We then reinstalled the
curved shower doors.  The shower that had been unusable, according to Andrea, is now
    working well.
